The subsurface laser engraving process allows you to recreate any image or message inside a crystal award or gift in 2 or 3 dimensions. So you are probably wondering “What’s the difference between 2D and 3D?

An example of a 2 dimensional image is a logo or text where we add thickness to the artwork. From the front of the award the image looks like the logo or text you provided to us, but from the side it looks like the words or logo have dimension or thickness.

A 3-dimensional image is a re-creation of any object. Looking at a car from all sides you see the headlights, the taillights, the doors, the roof and the components underneath the car. When we re-create this object inside your award or gift you will see the same components that you would in the real world. You can combine the 2D and 3D images in one award.

Add 2D text alongside a 3D object to create an amazing piece of art. Or stagger your 2D text at the front, middle and back of the crystal for a side view that is just as incredible as the front view. Create a truly exceptional award with 2D and 3D artwork .
