All Topaz gift gift cards are mailed directly to you. We recommend that you make a copy of gift card numbers and indicate the name of the recipient next to it. We do provide an excel spreadsheet with each order with gift card redemption numbers, so you can fill in the recipients name. Keep these in a safe place in case of loss by the recipient. This will still allow them to use the number in case of loss of their card, by using the online service.

If you order via phone. email or online chat, instead of through the shopping cart, please include which gift card design or a custom design you plan to use. If no indication is made, the generic Gift will be sent.
