Repeat setup charges apply and are billed at ½ of the original setup cost.

We can drop ship this item to individual addresses in the continental USA, for a small drop ship fee, plus shipping. This item has a Warm Weather Alert and may need to ship in coolers when the temperature is over 75 degrees.
