Details
PRINT: This design is printed directly on the mug using the sublimation technique. The mugs design and will not crack or peel away like vinyl. **Designs in photo's shown are examples of placement on each mug. Placement and size of the decoration will be at the printers discretion. There will not be any printed color in the area where the handle is attached.
**Props used in photos are NOT included with your mug purchase.
***We work with multiple print vendors for each of our products.*** Ozzy and Boots is located in Florida, but the printer will be located in most all cases in a different state. Depending on time of year, production time varies. Please see below for current production times. Please allow 3-5 business days after your order ships to receive your items.
ADDRESS CHANGES: If you enter the wrong address with your order, we will try to help you if you message us immediately. However, once the mug has gone into production, we won’t be able to make any changes. Please verify you entered your address correctly during check out.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES: All ceramic mugs are custom printed for your order. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Therefore, unless the item arrives damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns. However, if there are any issues with the print of your mug, please message us with a photo and a description of the damage or defect, so we can replace the item right away.
***PLEASE NOTE:*** We do not issue refunds or replacements for orders that show delivered. Once the package is handed off to the post office (or selected expedited shipper: FedEx/UPS) and your tracking shows the shipment is in transit, the delivery is out of our control. You will need to contact your local post office or shipping delivery company with the tracking information we provided, for resolution.
